This was a fabulous place to stay. You do need to be able to walk up and down steps - our room was down in the canyon in the jungle, with 142 steps (7 stories) to climb to get down and up. Having said that, the room was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the jungle and a peek at a beautiful waterfall. There was plenty of space and the facilities were good. The breakfasts were fine and meals were eaten overlooking a magnificent view. The staff couldn't have been nicer. When we asked about a car to go to see a waterfall the Manager and his wife decided that they needed an outing and drove us there. We had dinner there and the food was good, especially the grilled tuna. They even had wine by the glass! We were very impressed by the young ladies who carried our heavy suitcases down and then back up on their heads! There are multiple waterfalls within hiking distance.

The landcape is magical. Next to our house there was a waterfall. The nature surrounding the accomodation is astonishing. The hosts were super friendly since we got there. It was raining and we were a bit cold on our way there and they`ve offered us some tea. The staff helped us with the heavy luggage we came with, as there are steps to cross to getting to your house. Breakfast delicious. Their restaurant has really good food. They`ve also helped me to rent a scooter from nearby area and it was delivered to our room when we got there. Only appraisal words.

Tranquility, proximity to waterfalls, amenities especially drinking water gallon. Staff were reachable via WhatsApp and always very accommodating.

I liked the attititude of the staff. You really feel you're welcomed. They did everithing to make the saty pleasant and comfort (like additional blankets, a heater, etc). Liked to lay in the open bath viweing the nature around.

Gede and his team are the best! The location was amazing. We also slept very good because that it cools down in the evening. The breakfast is great, and have a lot choices. The best hotel we stayed from the 4 we visited. with our honeymoon. We also did the spa which was nice aswell in a beautiful room.

This hotel is absolutely perfect! It's the perfect place for some quiet days, only to relax and recharge! It is located in the middle of a jungle, so the view from each hut is just amazing! And you feel like part of the nature, while super comfortable in your room! There is a waterfall very close, you can visit it as it is in walking distance and accessible through the hotel stairs. Its sound is so relaxing from the hut! Everything was clean, wifi works pretty well, super comfortable, the breakfast and the food from their restaurant are amazing, and the staff just could not be more kind and helpful. They go beyond the concept of being kind, really. They are just lovely! What a stay this was!
